What we use
HubLane.app does not use advertising or analytics cookies of its own.
To keep you signed in, the application stores your session tokens and preferences in your browser's local storage (not cookies): the sign-in tokens, your chosen language, and a flag remembering that you dismissed the storage notice. These are strictly necessary for the service to work and are removed when you sign out or clear your browser storage.
Third parties
If you connect an external calendar (Google, Microsoft), those providers apply their own policies on their own consent screens — nothing is set by HubLane.app on their behalf.
When you are signed in, an optional Tawk.to support chat widget may load. Tawk.to may set its own cookies or similar technologies to operate the chat. It is not shown on public pages such as login, register, booking, property listings or tracking. See Tawk.to's privacy policy for details.
Maps
Public property and booking maps load map tiles from third-party providers (for example OpenStreetMap or CARTO). Those providers may process your IP address and technical request data under their own policies when the map is displayed. Optional address lookup may call a geocoding service when a merchant picks a pin in the CRM.
